		<description>Yes, I imagine any type of eco-community, at least for now, will be targeted to the upper class. I&#039;m impressed that there was a goal to create subsidized housing in Dockside Green. Disappointing that they aren&#039;t going forward with that, but not surprising.</description>

		<description>An admirable project indeed.  My only concern is the price of the condos, which are pretty sky high.  I was able to attend some of the early lectures preceding Dockside Green&#039;s development, and one of the goals was to create subsidized housing units as a part of the community so that the eco-element could integrate the holistic notion of socio-economic status as well. However, from what I&#039;ve understood more recently, this doesn&#039;t seem to be happening, leaving the community potentially lacking in diversity...</description>
